Employer Mentor Listing
We all remember people whose personal attention – whose ability to see something special about us or to coach us to greater achievement – made a lasting difference in our lives.
The Work Force seeks supervisors who are committed to mentoring young people and providing them with a quality work experience. We want employers-mentors who care about the growth and well being of our teens as much as we do.
In keeping with this goal, The Work Force maintains partnerships – a “conspiracy of nurturance” – with a broad range of local businesses, organizations, and institutions in both the public and private sectors. Placements are favored in which our participants are challenged to cultivate new skills, and are exposed to a variety of organizational activity and job functions.
